Crazy For You - Midnight Beast Fanfic - Prologue So since writing Midnight Beast fanfics seems to be the cool thing to do at the moment, I figured
I'd write one myself. Because that's exactly what I need when I have a story on fanfiction.net I
only get round to updating once every month or so. Anyways, let's see where this goes. This will
not be a Stefan love story, or an Ash love story come to that. The pairing you will find here is Dru
Wakely. Because there just aren't enough Dru stories out there. Oh, and I love him to bits.

My entry for Seventh Sanctum's Horseplay Contest. His name is Dappledawn. Forgive crappy camera quality.

This was my description: "This long-legged male pony is an earth pony who is playful and hypocritical. His coat is white shading into brown. He has a long, unstyled mane. His droopy eyes are gunmetal-gray. His mark is an apple."

Although I feel that his legs should've been longer, this is the sort of classic MLP look I love! Yay for cute and unique ponies, especially if they are male! MLP could always use more males. Heh.

That night I drifted into a peaceful, dreamless sleep and didn't wake up until Luna started shaking me the next morning.

"Come on Kelly, we're going to be late for school!" she moaned.

Of course. It was Monday. In my blissful state, I'd completely forgotten we had school the next day. Although I was exhausted, I didn't mind the idea of going to school. At least I'd see Dru there.

"Oh my God... I didn't tell you, did I?"

Luna looked confused. "Tell me what?" she asked suspiciously.

I'd been having strange dreams again. They were always the same – Dad berating me for not being there for him. Every time, he seemed to get more and more angry, working himself up into a violent rage. It broke my heart to think that I would always remember him like that. Luna had tried to comfort me, and I'd appreciated the effort, but I couldn't help feeling something was different.
